The world needs a Wise Leadership Index to assess psychological fitness for duty of leaders locally, nationally, and internationally.  The Wisdom Index helps humanity identify traits of wise people and wise leaders.  

The conversation about population reduction on Earth seems to be a taboo subject for many. The reality is humans are overconsuming resources by 300%, causing a range of environmental problems, including global warming, ecosystem collapse, and loss of biodiversity. We had this conversation about population to help break the taboo.  

Movements grow when participants are willing to create a 1) Story, 2) Structure, 3) Strategize and then create 4) Systems and 5) Skill Building for their participants. 

The Paradise Earth Accord is dedicated to a vision for peace in the Middle East based on new psychology and sustainable peace.  I wrote it around 2013.  In reading it now, it seems like an impossible dream.

The World Wisdom & Wellbeing Report measures the progress of Humanity, Nature, and Peace.  We need to help humans evolve to be more conscious, collaborative, and creative to then fulfill goals for peace and nature. We can support Investment in Human, Social & Earth Wellbeing for a peaceful, green, sharing, and caring economy. 

Earth is heading for world destruction as the United States, China, and Russia prepare for world war. The United Nations has become highly ineffective because the General Assembly, by design, cannot pass enforceable legislation, and Security Council peace proposals are continually vetoed. We need positive leaders who are humble, egoless, wise, compassionate, and collaborative, and we need a People's Goverment for Earth & Humanity.

Competitive political groups within countries and geopolitical competition for resources and power between nations lead to distrusting each other and competing against each other nationally and globally.  This leads groups and nations to arm themselves for protection against each other. We meet to clearly articulate a blueprint vision of how we can live together collaboratively on a flourishing planet that can lead to groups and nations working together. 

Gangs are growing worldwide in a culture of poverty.  With poor education, lack of guidance for youth, and weak psychosocial bonding, community structures, gangs flourish. Global migration is caused by crime, corruption, war, and ecological deterioration, water shortages, famine, and unemployment. People migrate for peace, safety, and work.  The UN has been unable to find solutions.  Multinational, regional summits can help.
