A group of visionaries attempts to build a regenerative theater

to heal  the world… only to discover they are trapped in 

the very systems they hoped to transform.

The play itself becomes the theater they never build.

“We just need a sacred circle… a regenerative space… we’ll call it The New Globe.”

Scene 1: Zoom Room 1 – The Dreaming Circle
The cast of artists, elders, designers, and funders gathers online.
They envision a transformational theater to save the world.
Everyone speaks in poetry, passion, and purpose.

Scene 2: The Map & the Model
A beautiful visual is shared: the 5-Phase Plan, 

sacred architecture, circular seating.
Then a spreadsheet appears.
Someone asks: “How many seats per square foot?”

Scene 3: The Money Mirror
Funding realities intrude.
A donor asks: “Can we make it less... anti-market?”

Scene 4: Demographics & Demand
A marketing expert reveals the audience gap.
“Only 20% of the public is aligned. We need 80% sell-outs.”
Silence. Someone quietly closes the Zoom tab.

Scene 5: The Calendar of Collapse
They try to plan.
But war. Heatwaves. Inflation.
The calendar becomes a collapse chart.

End of Act One
They agree to pause.
But one voice lingers:
“What if... this is the play?”

Funders lose interest when capitalism is critiqued.

Scene 8: The Architect’s Lament
A stunning regenerative design is presented.
Then: building codes, zoning laws, earthquake zones.

Scene 9: Tech Stack Madness
Slack. Notion. Trello. Discord.
A facilitator quietly deletes everything and whispers, 

“Touch grass.”

Scene 10: Systems — The Musical (Excerpt)
An unexpected musical interlude.
They sing their way through bureaucratic absurdity.
It’s funny — and tragic.

End of Act Two
The vision dissolves.
The domain renews automatically.
But no one checks the inbox.

They light a candle together.

Scene 13: The Globe of the Imagination
No stage. No lights. Just shared breath.
Final monologue:
“The Globe was never out there.
It was us.”
