They keep seeking information.

are missing from our lives.
We can meditate with kindness
and return to serenity and positive energy each day.

and a monthly community meeting.
Your recovery can occur
with awareness, action, and a community
that helps you re-find your wholeness.
You can develop choice and flexibility in your responses.
We can then co-create the systems we really need.
Wellbeing occurs as we gain mindful awareness
of what is really going on within or around us.
When we learn to be conscious, mindful, and aware
of our thoughts, emotions, and body sensations,
we can then take the right action.
For example, sometimes we eat something, but really we need water.
