    Addiction is no longer confined

    It now extends to behaviors and compulsions

    that are reshaping societies worldwide. 


    Food, sex, pornography, media, money, gambling, violence, and luxury have all become the focus of compulsive behaviors that impact 

    mental health, relationships, and social stability. 


    This report examines 

    the signs that these addictions are on the rise, 

    their consequences, and the industries fueling them.


    1. Rising Addiction to Food

    • Increase in Ultra-Processed Food Consumption: Obesity rates are climbing globally, driven by addiction to high-sugar, high-fat processed foods.
